Campus Development Masterplan

Phase One: Staff homes. To enhance our operational efficiency and create a stronger sense of community, we plan to build four staff homes. These homes will not only provide comfortable living spaces for our dedicated staff but also foster a more cohesive and supportive environment for everyone involved in our retreat.

Phase Two: Dormitory-style homes. In the second phase, we aim to construct two larger homelike dormitories for male and female students.

Phase Three: Equipment garage & tool shop, outbuilding shower & restroom. Phase three will include an equipment garage, tool shop, and a shower and restroom outbuilding.

Phase Four: Multi-purpose building. Central to our masterplan is the construction of a 15,000 square foot multi-purpose building. This building will serve as the heart of our retreat, housing a variety of facilities including classrooms for our training school, publishing, workshops, seminars, lectures and our annual camp meeting. A cafeteria offering nutritious meals prepared with care from our new commercial kitchen will also be housed in the multi-purpose building.

Phase Five: Staff homes on the ridges. To take advantage of our retreat’s stunning natural surroundings, we plan to develop more staff homes on the ridges surrounding our retreat. These homes will have breathtaking views for our staff with natural landscapes, creating a tranquil and inspiring environment for all.
